5-course tasting dinner Domaine Bousquet is a family-owned winery in Argentina’s Uco Valley, Mendoza, founded by the French Bousquet family. Its high-altitude vineyards sit around 1,200 metres above sea level, where intense sunshine, cool nights and pure Andean water help produce fresh, expressive wines.
